I have been a family GP at MHC specializing in total family health care for more than 30 years. I enjoy General Practice in South Auckland and feel priviledged to be able to play a supportive and continuous advisory role to all my regular patients and families.

I have special interests in children's and women's health and encourage regular checkups. I provide care, advice, and management for all aspects of health, including asthma, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, gout and arthritis, maternity shared care, and contraception.

I am an advocate of preventative care regarding lifestyle changes, promoting a healthy diet, regular exercise, weight loss, and early detection and correction of possible long-term illnesses such as diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure so that ongoing damage can be avoided or kept to a minimum.
